This bright lime holographic cape is lined in uv glow neon melt print, with a short collar and ties at the throat. 
It is a huge amount of fabric, it weighs literally about four pounds! 
Choose from 50" or 60" length, and as shown in the photo it can be worn either way.
It is made of top quality holographic lycra spandex. This cloak is so beautiful in motion!
